Alexandra Herrera is a former state health policy leader, bringing over 15 years’ experience designing, implementing, and overseeing state Medicaid/CHIP programs. Since 2020, she has been providing consulting services across the United States and internationally. She specializes in behavioral health system transformation and Medicaid managed care procurement.
